Framework Alignment

CG Technical Services structures its international workforce programmes in alignment with formal Government-to-Government (G2G) labour frameworks, where such agreements exist or are under active discussion between sending and destination states.

In this context, CGTS’s programme design and placement planning for the Gulf region is aligned with existing bilateral labour cooperation frameworks between the Government of the Republic of Ghana and the Government of the State of Qatar, which regulate the lawful recruitment and employment of Ghanaian manpower in Qatar.

CGTS does not deploy candidates outside approved governmental processes. Any future international placements will proceed only through regulated channels, subject to government approvals, employer sponsorship, and compliance with applicable labour laws in both jurisdictions.
